Parts/labor for major repairs or capital work are quoted separately with your approval.
A: Our rental management agreement is 12 months with automatic renewal. If it’s not a fit, simply provide 30 day written notice of cancellation per the contract and we’ll coordinate a smooth handoff—no surprise onboarding or exit fees.
A: Yes. We operate with all required South Carolina licensing, maintain general liability coverage, and only deploy insured vendors. Certificates of insurance are available on request.
